I hope that you are all keeping well and that the festive season has brought back some smiles in those gloomy and cold days. As promised, here is card 2 in this video tutorial series I have put together for you and I do hope you will enjoy and learn something from this today.
As for me, it is very unfortunate that I have been under the weather these days.I made this tutorial a while ago and I am so glad I did as otherwise there would be no way I could do it as I really do not feel good. But, I have been enjoying looking at all the lights and christmas decorations in my local town. How about you ? Have you been out shopping yet? Have you already wrapped all those presents? I do not celebrate christmas myself but I have to admit, I really like the xmassy atmosphere! In poundland, I found lots of nice cute little things that I am going to use to wrap some end of year gifts to a few friends and students. There is a velvety bow, with a gold ribbon in the centre- I decided to wrap some chocolates in a clear bag, those we use to pack away our finished cards, then I will tie it with a gold ribbon at the top and add the bow as a finished touch! I will show you when I've done it.So, go ahead and think outside the box - Look at all those christmas decorations available and be creative and try to think of other ways you can use them.
Anyway, back to our video tutorial , I have used a lovely stamp by Crafty Individuals and I have tried out one of my favourite technique, which is 'Ink Resist'. I talked about how I didn't really like the glossy card I have used. If you know of any good glossy card which will not just soak up your ink and dry it up instantly, then let me know. So here we go with the picture first, then the video. If you want to watch this video in HD then click HERE.
Sorry for the dark quality of these pictures. I think my camera setting was on the wrong one. Will fix it next time.
And as so many of you have asked, here is the complete list of what I have used in this video tutorial, and I have also listed this in the video description box on youtube. Thanks for popping by and please leave me a comment , show some love, you know you want to.Thanks for those who left a comment on my previous post. Sometimes I feel like nobody comes round my blog as all the comments are there on youtube, which is cool, but my blog demands some crafty love too:)Thanks.

PS: There was somebody who has asked me about the music I have used before in one of my video. She has left me a comment here on my blog, on my youtube and has also emailed me.I have emailed back telling her that I didn't know the title. I hope she has received that email as I hate anybody to think I am ignoring him/her. This is why I make sure now to note down the music I am downloading. So if you are that person and you did get my email, please leave me a comment so I know.Thanks.
